Inspired by the primitive shapes found while gardening. Tim individually crafts vitreous enamel jewellery. Once the shapes are cut from copper, powdered glass is sifted onto the individual pieces and they are put into a kiln. Colours are slowly layered - sometimes firing as many as 6 times.
Tim graduated from Sheridan College, School of Design and later earned a graduate degree (MFA) from York University. He continues to work out of his home studio, located in Peterborough, Ontario.
